Chaired by Past President Bruce Moy, who asked three members:
“If you had chosen a different career to that which you have followed, what would that have been and why??”
1. Brian Hole spoke about travel agency life – but then Gold prospecting, opal prospecting in Queensland, Lightning Ridge and W.A. north of Kalgoorlie, but he would really have liked to have been a jeweller.
2. Peter Tinney gave an intro to his call to ordained ministry and an overview of his diverse work history as a Bank officer, a Deputy Bailiff, a Youth Worker, and Barman and is happy with where life has led him.
3. Phil Streatfeild gave some insights into his work life, his thought of going to Duntroon, then the offer to go to Teacher’s College, life as a Physical Education Specialist and as a Headmaster. With his love for figures and accountancy, he thought he might have been an Accountant.
Bruce thanked the speakers and handed back to President Ross
