David Denning advised members of details regarding the Harvest Dinner. Registrations urgently required for catering.  The Football Canteen first dates of 11th and 12th March were being compromised due to PETS weekend having been moved. Roster is confirmed and members were asked to help fill in the few duties remaining for this first weekend. The canteen cleanup working bee was to get into action 9.00am on Wednesday.

Phil Streatfeild urged members to register for Gemma’s visit next Thursday. $40 per head payable via EFT to Les Hogarth.

Max Carey read a tribute to John Connellan who passed away last Sunday. John was a member of Rotary Club of Taree for some thirty years and retired from 
Rotary in 1994 and joined Probus. John was an active member serving on many committees and was my secretary in 1979/80. Johns wife Pauline predeceased him fifteen years ago and they have three daughters, Jill, Pam and Elizabeth. John’s classification was Accountant and was a partner in Connellan, Crossman and Brown. John was a keen golfer and fisherman and loved  the outdoors.  President Murray thanked Max and offered condolences to the family.
